I’ll make this brief and to the point. You should also be considering this for any professional that you choose, whether its a Doctor, Lawyer, Accountant and so on.
I’m accessible. What I mean is not only can I get you in for a cleaning or restorative appointment in a very reasonable amount of time, but I can get in you the same day if you’re having an emergency. I’m available for emergencies after hours as well. What’s the point of going to an office to see a Doctor if you can never get an appointment?.
I’m professional. I treat you with respect, I listen to you, I make you feel comfortable. I don’t make you wait for your appointment, I run on time. I respect your time, just the way you respect mine.
I’m accountable. What I mean by that is I stand behind my work. If something happens, not to worry, I’ll take care of it. No questions asked, just a heartfelt apology and an instant resolution, that’s cost free for you. That also means that I call you back when you have a question and leave me a message! I try to get back to you the very same day but will definitely get back to you within 24 hours.
I do my best to treat people the way I want to be treated. That’s all we all want, right? Be treated respectfully….
